Cloudové služby jsou skvělé v tom, že se přizpůsobí růstu firmy. Bohužel stejným tempem se často přizpůsobí i účet. Náklady se rozlévají do spousty položek (konkrétní služby, doplňkové moduly, přenosy dat, „překvapivé“ poplatky) a s přidáváním dalších nástrojů firma postupně ztrácí přehled i možnost rychle jednat. Výsledkem je ekonomická závislost: ne proto, že by technologie nešly vyměnit, ale proto, že by to bylo finančně bolestivé, složité nebo pomalé.

Digitising documents no longer means just converting paper to PDF or reorganising folders on a shared drive. What determines speed, cost and quality today is how a document is handled throughout its lifecycle: how it’s created, how it’s approved, how the right version is published to operations, how its data is extracted for downstream systems, and how easily you can demonstrate compliance during an audit. Put simply: having “binders in the computer” isn’t enough. A modern DMS connects workflow, version control, templates and components, targeted AI-powered data extraction, and long-term e-archiving—so you can measurably shorten cycle time, reduce errors, and strengthen security and auditability. A digital document is not the end of the road after the scanner. Real value appears when the document flows smoothly through the company workflow, changes are controlled across channels, data moves into ERP/CRM without retyping, and the record remains provably intact for audits.

A properly implemented SIEM can detect attacks in real time and help meet regulatory requirements that will become mandatory from November 2025, including NIS2, DORA, and the Czech Cybersecurity Act (nZKB).
