Post-implementation support and services
Our cooperation with you does not end with the delivery and implementation of services and solutions. In addition to customising all the solutions that you will require, we will also offer you an opportunity to make use of our expertise and knowhow in the form of post-implementation support and services. Every solution that is developed and delivered by us is accompanied with knowledge that is necessary for maintenance and operation of the solution. You will be able to use our entire knowledge base through the post-implementation support and services.

Maintenance, which is part of our post-implementation services, is a pre-paid service including service and consulting support, repairs and optimisation of the supplied solution based on a SLA (Service Level Agreement).

- Incident management
The first goal of the incident management process is to restore a normal service operation as quickly as possible and to minimize the impact on either the business or the user. An incident is any event which is not part of the standard operation of a service and which causes, or may cause, an interruption to, or a reduction in, the quality of that service. Incidents result in requests for the supplier to fix the problem.
- Change management
Change management involves processing, analysing and implementing requests for change. Change management uses standardised methods and procedures for efficient and prompt handling of all changes to the ICT infrastructure and other related configuration items. The goal of change management is to ensure prompt and cost-effective implementation of approved changes, while minimising the occurrence of incidents as a result of changes to the infrastructure.
- Consulting
Consulting at the customer's site is a service that is offered to support the customer in finding a solution to a specific issue. Consulting focuses on all the details of the issue and helps the customer to handle it. Consulting is provided based on requests.
